Leaderboards are lagging indicators — by the time a service ranks, the interesting part already happened. This page is the other end: the week a settlement address takes its first payment, and the fee payers moving x402 settlement that no operator we know about relayed.
The debut week is also where synthetic activity is easiest to see. A first week with thousands of transactions and two counterparties, at fractions of a cent each, does not look like a product finding customers — and it is visible here months before it shows up in anyone's monthly totals.

Unattributed fee payers
sampled estimateAddresses paying the gas for x402 settlement that no known operator relayed. Volumes here are extrapolated from a sample, so they carry a ≈ and are never added to the measured numbers above.
Not enabled yet. This arm reads a sampled observation table that has to be created on the census box and populated by at least one sampling run before the model will build it. Until then the radar shows no rows here — which is a switch that is off, not a measurement of zero.
Why the two halves stay apart. The top table is counted from settlement records we hold; the bottom one is extrapolated from a sample of a frame we know to be contaminated. Adding them together would publish an estimate as a measurement, so no total spans both.
